At Hesoyam, customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. We work hard to provide premium-quality, gaming-inspired apparel and streetwear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund according to the terms outlined in this policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Remain in its original condition.

  • Include original tags and packaging.

  • Not showing signs of damage caused by the customer.

Products that are worn, altered, damaged, or missing their original packaging may not qualify for a return or refund.

Exchange Policy

If you receive an incorrect item, the wrong size, or a defective product, you may request an exchange within the allowed return period. Exchange requests are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Exchange processing may take approximately 7–15 business days, depending on product availability and shipping location.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not qualify for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products returned after the allowed timeframe.

  • Items damaged due to improper use by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Hesoyam Customer Support immediately with clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the matter and assist with a replacement, an exchange, or a refund, where applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong product was shipped.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The mistake occurred on our side.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as Hesoyam is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within a limited period after purchase. Once production, processing, or shipment has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted or may incur processing fees.

Refund Refusal Rights
